ALL OUR ROOMS HAVE A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OVER THE WHOLE VALLEY TO THE SEA
The rooms have been named after La Vall de Laguar’s villages: Fontilles, Campell, Fleix and Benimaurell.

1. room Fontilles

our most romantic room with balcony

Guest room Fontilles is located on the first floor, next to the communal kitchen. The room has a double bed, large built-in robe with safe and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The rate is per night and includes continental breakfast, linen, including pool towels. This room is slightly smaller than the others.

2. room Campell

SPACIOUS, BRIGHT ROOM WITH THE BEST VIEW OF THE ENTIRE VALLEY

Guest room Campell is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the deck and pool. This spacious room can be configured as a king or two singles. The room includes a large built in robe with safe, a table with two chairs and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The rate is per night and includes continental breakfast, linen, including pool towels.

3. room Fleix

BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS DOUBLE ROOM WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE TERRACE AND POOL

Guest room Fleix is the middle room on the ground floor, adjacent to the deck and pool. This spacious room can be configured as a king or two singles. The room includes a large built in robe with safe, a desk with two comfortable chairs and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The rate is per night and includes continental breakfast, linen, including pool towels.

4. room Benimaurell

DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM, DIRECTLY ON THE TERRACE AND NEXT TO THE GARDEN, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE VALLEY

Guest room Benimaurell is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the deck and pool. This spacious room can be configured as a king or two singles. The room includes a large built in robe with safe, a desk with two chairs and a generous ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and vanity. The rate is per night and includes continental breakfast, linen, including pool towels.

All rates are per night and include GST.

We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remainder is due no later than the day before arrival.

We only rent for stays of at least 2 nights. If you only want to stay with us for one night, we will charge the price of 2 nights.

We want to offer our customers a stay that is as peaceful as possible, for this reason only children who are 8 years or older are allowed. If you book all rooms (4), children of all ages are allowed.

If you are booking our 4 rooms for a minimum of 2 nights, ask us about our group discount!

CHECK IN, CHECK OUT AND ROOM SERVICE

Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am. If the room has no new bookings on the day of departure, we can be flexible in terms of check out time.

We are happy to provide a daily clean.

CONTINENTAL BReAKFAST

Included in the price of the room is a continental breakfast consisting of cereals, yoghurt, bread, butter, jam, milk, cheese, fruit, orange juice and biscuits. Furthermore, there are always fresh eggs available in our kitchen and you can make your own coffee or tea. You can take this breakfast yourself in the morning at any time until 11:30 am.

LUXURY BREAKFAST

(only in high season and holiday periods)

We offer an extensive breakfast for 17€ per person . The breakfast is buffet style with a variety of breads, cheeses, cured meats, chocolats, butter, homemade jams and chocolate spreads, fruit and cereals.   We also always provide a fresh fruit salad, fresh orange juice and you can choose from other juice, coffee, tea, milk and water. Every day there are different sweets, an egg of your choice, ....

Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 at the time agreed upon the day before. Depending on the weather, breakfast will either be served outdoors or in the communal area.

appetizer plate for 2 / tapas dinner

Do you want to surprise your partner? Add a delicious appetizer plate with a bottle of wine to your reservation. Our tapas plate consists of a combination of charcuterie, cheese, olives, fish, fruit,… with a nice bottle of house wine (white, rosé or red). This for the price of €22.

Coffee and tea

Coffee and tea are provided at no extra charge. There is a coffee machine and kettle in the communal area for your convenience. The rooms Campell, Fleix and Benimaurell have their own Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee pods included).

ROMANTIC ARRIVAL

Do you want to celebrate your wedding anniversary, Valentine's Day or something special? Surprise your partner with a romantic room upon arrival! We decorate your bed with rose petals, dim the light and put tea lights throughout the room. We also have a box of bombons and a nice chilled bottle of Cava Freixenet Brut ready for you.

When booking, indicate that you want the room to be decorated romantically, or send us a message at least a day in advance and for €17 we will ensure that your stay here starts with a touch of romance.

Honesty bar

During your stay, you can help yourself to drinks from the fridge or an ice-cream or some simple, home-made lunches from the freezer for a small fee. Whenever you do, just make a note of what you’ve taken. 

Beach towels and equipment

We kindly ask you not to take any of the provided towels outside of the property. If you are going to the beach, we are happy to provide beach towels for 2€ per towel per day. 

We also have beach chairs, an umbrella, a picnic blanket and a portable cooler available for hire at 2€ per item per day.

Pool towels for use at our pool are available free of charge and can be exchanged daily if required.

Washing machine

We are happy to wash your clothes for 7,50€ per load. An iron and ironing board is available for your convenience in the communal area.

Additional bed

It is possible to add an extra bed to guest rooms Fleix, Campell and Benimaurell. Rooms Fleix and Campell can accommodate one additional bed, Benimaurell is the only room that can accommodate 2 additional beds. 

The rate for an extra bed is 25€ per bed per night.

Payment

Any additional charges need to be paid at check out or the night before if you are leaving early in the morning.

DOGS

Dogs under 20 kilos are allowed in the rooms Fleix and Benimaurell if they are not classified under the list of dangerous breeds of dogs in Spain. The dog must have proof of the necessary vaccinations.

On arrival we will spray your dog with an anti-flea spray or you can bring your own product and administer it here, a flea collar is not sufficient unless it is newly put on here.

Dogs are not allowed on beds, chairs, lawn chairs, sunbeds or in the pool. Also, dogs cannot be left alone in the room unless locked in a transport box or similar.

Dogs are also not allowed in the common area and must show good behavior with people, children and other dogs.

Dogs stay for 5€ per dog per day. If you bring a dog (or maximum two dogs), this must always be reported when booking.
